  Starting at Rottemeren lakes: 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 13:00 PM – available daily
  Starting at Rotterdam city center: 11:30 AM or 12:30 PM – available daily

• Meeting point: Two options:
  1) Rotterdam city center (at the parking lot in front of the Action at Lombardkade 1 in Rotterdam, paid parking)
  2) At the Rottemeren lakes (close to restaurant De Pannenkoe in Zevenhuizen, free parking)
  3) At the Rottemeren lakes (close to restaurant De Roerdomp in Zevenhuizen, free parking)

• Restrooms, accessibility and electricity
  There are no restrooms and no electricity on the boat, and unfortunately, the boat is not accessible for people with limited mobility.

Changes or cancellation: 
You can modify or cancel your reservation free of charge up to 72 hours before the start of the boat trip. Within 72 hours, no refunds are possible.
In the event that the required weather conditions are not met, we will process a full refund.
